National Development Programme (NDP) 2021–2025

The National Development Programme (NDP) 2021–2025 is the main framework for planning and implementing development interventions financed by national resources from the Public Investment Programme (PIP).
Key components of the NDP include the Sectoral Development Programmes (SDPs) and Regional Development Programmes (RDPs), through which projects and interventions are implemented across various policy areas and sectors of regional development.
For the Region of Attica, the primary implementation tool for NDP interventions is the Regional Development Programme (RDP) of the Region of Attica, through which projects and interventions carried out by New Metropolitan Attica S.A. are financed.
The programme is structured around the following development objectives:

  • Smart growth
  • Green growth
  • Social development
  • Infrastructure development
  • Outward-looking development (extroversion)
  • Programme support

This section presents projects and programmes implemented by New Metropolitan Attica S.A. with funding from the National Development Programme (NDP).
