The Development Organization provides study services to the Municipality of Moschato–Tavros.

As part of its development planning, the Municipality of Moschato–Tavros has initiated procedures for the maturation of key infrastructure projects, which require design activities and the preparation of the necessary preliminary and final technical studies.

The scope of cooperation includes:

• Preparation and validation of tender documents, including detailed cost estimates, for the project: “Adaptation works for the operational compliance of municipal nurseries, kindergartens and childcare facilities with the specifications of the new institutional lending framework, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 99/2017.”
• Preparation and validation of competition documents for the project: “Service for the collection and update of study files regarding electromechanical (E/M) installations.”
• Preparation and validation of tender documents, including detailed cost estimates, for the project: “Replacement of aluminum frames at the ‘Aiolos’ indoor gymnasium.”
• Preparation and validation of tender documents, including detailed cost estimates, for the project: “Waterproofing works at school buildings”, specifically:
  – 4th and 5th Primary Schools of Moschato (Platonos & Cheimaras Streets),
  – 6th Primary School of Moschato (Agios Konstantinos & Arachovis Streets),
  – 5th Primary School of Tavros (Grigoriou Lambraki & Peiraios Streets).
• Preparation and validation of tender documents, including detailed cost estimates, for the project: “Maintenance and repair of damages to three school buildings and landscaping of their schoolyard areas.”

Through the preparation of the required technical studies and support in securing all necessary permits and approvals from the competent authorities, a roadmap will be established for the implementation of key infrastructure, supporting the economic and social development of the Municipality of Moschato–Tavros.
