Implementation of Subproject 7, “Provision of consultancy support services for the study promoting the digital transition of the organization, operations and services of the Region of Attica,” under the Action “Support Studies for the Region of Attica for the Specialisation of Development Priorities and Specific Actions during the 2021–2027 Programming Period.” (OPS Code: 5145430)
The Development Organization “New Metropolitan Attica S.A.” undertakes the implementation of a comprehensive plan for the digital transition, organization and operation of the services of the Region of Attica.
The subject of the study is the design of a proposed strategy for the digital transition of the organization, operations and services of the Region of Attica. It begins with a full assessment of the current level of development of digital infrastructure, procedures and services, and the identification of interventions and projects already underway in the same direction. The study will result in the formulation of a proposed digital transition strategy for the Region of Attica and the definition of a roadmap with corresponding actions and the associated cost.
The purpose of the study is to provide the necessary input for the development of a complete and well-documented action plan for promoting the digital transition and transformation in the Region of Attica. The action plan will include project and activity proposals, with assessment of their technological features and development/installation requirements, as well as the methodological framework for their development, adaptation and integration into the proposed operational model of the Region.
The action “Support Studies for the Region of Attica for the Specialisation of Development Priorities and Specific Actions during the 2021–2027 Programming Period” has been funded by the Operational Programme “Attica 2014–2020”, under the Priority Axis “Technical Assistance for Implementation (ERDF)”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
The study is expected to be completed within the year.
