Implementation of Subproject 8, “Provision of consultancy support services for the study on the specialisation of strategic proposals and interventions to strengthen the competitiveness, extroversion, resilience and innovation capacity of the agri-food sector in the Region of Attica,” under the Action “Support Studies for the Region of Attica for the Specialisation of Development Priorities and Specific Actions during the 2021–2027 Programming Period.” (OPS Code: 5145430)

New Metropolitan Attica S.A. undertakes the study and detailed analysis of the needs and challenges faced by the agri-food sector in the Region of Attica, including the assessment of the current status of the region’s productive, business and research capacity. The study also includes the formulation of strategic proposals and potential interventions that could be promoted to enhance the sector’s competitiveness, extroversion, resilience and innovation.

The study’s main objectives include the formulation of strategic proposals aligned with the above goals and the prioritisation of action categories, leading to the design of an integrated intervention mechanism for supporting the competitiveness, extroversion, resilience and innovation of the agri-food sector. At the same time, it will define the respective organisational, operational, technical and financial requirements.
